  2.           CMPQwk 1.3 Visa Registration Procedure
  3.      --------------------------------------------------------

  5. Please register this product if you intend to use it.  If you
  6. are a registered user of another offline mail reader such as
  7. OLX or WinQwk, please see UPGRADE.WRI.
  8.  
  9. If you would like to register via Compuserve, please see
  10. the file COMPUSERV.WRI .
  11.  
  12. If you are a SysOp and would like to register 10 or more
  13. copies at one time, please see the file SYSOP.WRI.
  14.  
  15. The procedure, for those of you interested in registering
  16. via VISA/MC follows:
  17.  
  18. Via modem call ASACompuHelp BBS at (614) 476-4058
  19.  
  20. Log on under your REAL NAME - then join conference 9, the
  21. CMPQwk Support conference.  From there you'll see a menu
  22. option for registering.  Select that option and follow
  23. the prompts.  It is similar to any online registration
  24. service, and will request information such as your name,
  25. address, etc.  Fill out all the required information until
  26. you are back at the main screen.
  27.  
  28. Due to increased costs, registering via ASACompuHelp BBS
  29. is slightly more expensive than registering directly with the
  30. author.  This is because of costs passed on to us by the BBS.
  31. Upgrades are $30 and new registrations are $47. Please note
  32. that the charges on your VISA/MC will appear as, "ASACompuHelp,
  33. Inc." and *not* CMPQWK.
  34.  
  35. You may then call back approximately 48 hours later to receive
  36. your registration number and key in a private message.
  37.  
  38. Registrations for any 1.x release will receive free upgrades
  39. and support for all subsequent releases *until* 2.0.  Also,
  40. the "competative upgrade" offer for users of OLX, WinQWK
  41. and other readers will probably be dropped starting with
  42. version 2.0.
